BlogSpot Needs a Good Makeover...

 Articolo n° 38

And yes... BlogSpot could use a good makeover... It's true that repeating the same topics over and over again can become monotonous, but it's also true that every now and then you can add something new...

Where to start...

- You can start with the layout, which, to adapt to your tastes, requires a lot of effort... I got help from Gemini, which, with CSS codes and a few tweaks, managed to achieve what I wanted—not everything, but mostly... BlogSpot's layout needs modernizing, making it simpler, faster (to create and manage), and more modular!

- The edit section lacks an automatic post numbering system and a per-post numbering system. There's only the total number of posts, but no consecutive or individual numbering for each post. The individual and consecutive numbering system is very useful for keeping posts organized in case of manual backups. Currently, I'm forced to manually number each post, assigning a consecutive number to the beginning of each article... Really inconvenient!

- There's no real system for disseminating posts online. BlogSpot isn't even listed (and/or considered) in Google searches and now seems like a blogging system that's been sidelined (by Google itself). What are Google's real intentions with BlogSpot?

- There's no regulation for NSFW images. There's no function to display (show or block) NSFW images.

- Any image you include in your blog post requires a web link so that clicking on the image will take you to other websites.

- There's no system for viewing uploaded and published images within posts, and there's no slideshow for viewing images in a modern and elegant way.

- There's no system for creating photo albums by combining BlogSpot with Google Photos (or Google Images).

- There's no argumentative protection system (that protects the author) if they create and publish serious topics on politics, current events, or any other serious topic.

- Posts lack a modern system for sharing and approving posts. What's missing are features that allow the author (or channel owner) to display (or not display) the likes and number of views for each individual post.

- There's no fast, modern, and easy way to interact (even via an internal chat system) with other BlogSpot bloggers. Adding other users to your blogger channel or being added by deciding whether or not to display other followers... The current features are cumbersome and graphically outdated...

- There's no way to connect BlogSpot to your YouTube channel. For example, in the YouTube community section, a sort of "merger" between BlogSpot and the community section could be explored, so as to combine (in addition to videos) serious articles with graphic demonstrations, technical charts, and so on... This would significantly improve the current YouTube community section, which lacks the tools for a serious, modern, and enjoyable reading experience...
